Load the mag, close the lid and mark the exposed film with a felt marker.

Lock down the camera and shoot the first pass at 24fps.
The camera should be a solid as possible. I expose 1/2 stop under to compensate for two passes.

switch the exposed roll to the unexposed side, do not thread it through the gate.

put the mag on the camera and rewind the film.. listen carefully for the end of the roll.
